A design studio from Stockholm used tiny chunks of food to create this miniature food landscape. It almost looks like New York city was built out of vegetables. The city never looked this edible!

Italian MART museum hosts beautiful exposition about Food Art

Heading for Italy this spring? Make sure you catch a glimpse of ‘The Food Project’ at the Museo d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Trento e Rovereto (MART) in Northern Italy. The Food Project takes Good Design by Bruno Munari as a starting point to showcase food-inspired imagery derived from artists, designers and chefs including Bompas & Parr, Marcel Wanders, Carlo Cracco and Philippe Starck.

What does the meal of an athlete look like? 

Sarah Parker and Michael Bodiam, a creative duo from London, photographed some of the diets for 5 star athletes during the recent Olympics. From the 2282-calorie diet for a 17-year-old gymnast including peanut butter and bagels to a male triathlete’s blueberries and chocolate milk, the nutritionist behind USA’s 1992 and 1996 gymnastic team and marathoners in Athens 2004, Dan Berbadot, shares the ideal eating regimes for sports stars looking to optimize their game.
